Board of Investment Promotion (BOI)

Under Thailand Government Policy to moving ahead Thailand to be a Land of Invest, Board of Investment has several kind of project categories on BOI investment promotion. The Juristic Person or Investor intended to comprise procedures for applying for investment promotion.

I am providing an information and submit the application to BOI investment promotion for the clients, whoever intend to receive BOI Investment incentive under the exemption of import duties on machinery and raw materials and Non-tax incentives include land ownership as well as visa and work permit. However, these incentives is based on projects and mostly BOI providing corporate income tax exemption up to eight years

There are 7 processes of submit the application as follows;

  1. I will assist you to draft a suitable project plan.
  2. After that I will submit the application on behalf of your company or investor.
  3. Later, we will have an Interview Appointment with Investment Promotion Officer.
  4. After approval, I will receive the BOI certificate.
  5. Then, prepare documents and submit to the Foreign Business License on behalf of your company.
  6. After approval, I will receive the Foreign Business License.
  7. Finally, I will translate both Certificates in English version and deliver to your office.

My accomplishment and experiences on this tasks are following;

  • International Trading Centers (ITC).
  • Trade and investment Support Office (TISO).
  • International Procurement Office (IPO).
